2016 North Tech Homecoming “Diamonds Are Forever”

The North Tech Chapter of SkillsUSA is proud to present the 2016 North Tech Homecoming. This year’s theme will be a “Diamonds Are Forever.” The North Tech gym will be decorated with an elegant design of black and red. This wonderful evening will be on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 7:00 PM until 10:30 PM in the North Tech Gym.

Admission for this event is $15 for all North Tech students (half day and full day) and for their guest also. Guest forms are located in the main office. North Tech students are permitted to bring one guest. To purchase tickets and to turn in your guest form see one of the SkillsUSA sponsors: Ms. Boyd (A227), Mr. Raymond (C107) or Mr. Huston (C108). For students and guest to be admitted into this Homecoming they must have their ticket and ID. NO EXPECTIONS!

This year’s homecoming court will be made up of King and Queen (Seniors), Prince and Princess (Juniors), and Duke and Duchess (Sophomore). Students who are interested in being a part of the homecoming court should pick up an application from one of the SkillsUSA sponsors. North Tech students will vote for homecoming court on Wednesday October 12th during A&B lunches. The top three (3) vote getters in each class will make up the homecoming court. The homecoming court will be announced at the “Pep Rally” on Thursday October 13th.

Our homecoming music will be provided by Pro Jocks Entertainment and Tossin’ Ted will be our DJ. Homecoming pictures will be available. Our photographer will be NFiniti Foto, who will have instant photos for $10 and their packages start at $15 and up.

Spirit week is Oct. 10-13:

  • Monday – Pajama Day
  • Tuesday – Twin Day
  • Wednesday – Way Back Day
  • Thursday – Wacky Tacky Day

The homecoming “Pep Rally” will be on Thursday October 13th at 1:15pm in the North Tech Gym. The price for admission is $1. The pep rally will feature North Tech’s Girls Volleyball, Girls Tennis, and Boys Soccer teams. Music will be provided by Pro Jock Entertainment. In addition, there will be a battle of the classes “Powder Puff” football game.
