Pitch in for Baseball Donates Equipment to North Tech Baseball Team

Pitch in for Baseball (PIFB) is a non-profit, 501c3 charity which focuses on the collection and distribution of new and gently used baseball and softball equipment. The collected equipment is then given to youth leagues in underserved communities around the world. The North Tech Baseball coaches reached out to PIFB to see if they would be able to donate equipment for our students so that we can promote the game of baseball here at North Tech and give the guys some equipment to play with. Earlier this year we found out that PIFB would be able to donate us equipment and they sent us 2 brand new bats, 6 brand new gloves, 24 baseballs, a couple of batting helmets, and some metal baseball cleats. The students were very elated to receive the equipment and are very excited for the upcoming season.
