All black scrub shirt and scrub pants; no sweats, jogging, parachute pants, or denim jeans.

Solid black closed toe shoes. (No boots)

All black sweater.

First year, no artificial hair or nails.

Four #2 Pencils

Pens (black and blue only)

Four two-pocket folders

Tool and Supplies List

  • $5 money order for State of Missouri Student Class CA License
  • Two 2x2 inch passport pictures
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
